OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Our managing director, Michael Kirkitscha, has been a solicitor in Queensland for over 12 years.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Michael also has postgraduate university qualifications in workplace health and safety. He holds other practical qualifications such as the General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) blue card.

Michael has examined hundreds of system of work failures. In addition he has examined many motor vehicle accident scenarios and public place accidents.

Having been employed by some of Queensland’s largest insurers (including WorkCover Queensland and Allianz Insurance), Michael has a keen knowledge of the local and interstate insurance industry.

With his dual legal and safety qualifications and extensive experience in:

• Workplace health and safety law;
• Workers’ compensation law; and
• Coordinating injury management,

Michael is well placed to provide clear and practical advice.

During his legal career, Michael has represented hundreds of aggrieved individuals, and brings a balanced and experienced view to all clients.

Our location – city experience, local feeling

Located in the Major Activity Centre of Beerwah, we are one hour north of Brisbane and conveniently placed to service south-east Queensland and beyond. Our office is easily accessible, has ample parking, and is only a short distance from the new Beerwah rail/bus station.
