If you have been injured:-
- at work;
- in a public place or on someone’s premises;
- in a motor vehicle accident; or
- because of a faulty product,
we are happy to provide you with a free 1 hour, no obligation, consultation
to discuss your case and help you decide what your next step will
be.
 Our fee guarantee
Your initial consultation is free of charge.
If we take on your case, we will only bill you at the end and only
if you are successful. That is, if you do not get paid, then neither
do we. This is our guarantee to you.
We will also fund all expenses along the way (such as reports from
medical specialists) and only seek reimbursement from you at the
end and only if you are successful.
You will receive a written fee agreement, so you always know exactly
where you stand.
Our convenience guarantee
It is a condition of our service that we are available and accessible. If you are in town for an appointment with:
- Beerwah Medical Centre;
- Beerwah Surgery;
- Beerwah Active Physio; or
- Beerwah Physiotherapy,
we will change our schedule to ensure you receive an appointment with us either before or after your other appointment.
